Marketing on Client's Behalf: To execute automated and targeted marketing campaigns (SMS, Email) using End User Contact Data as directed and approved by the Client.

Security: To maintain the security and integrity of our systems and the Client’s GoHighLevel sub-account.

3. Data Storage and Platform (GoHighLevel)

All client and end-user data processed by Crossover AIX is stored within the Client's dedicated sub-account on the GoHighLevel (GHL) platform.

Data Control: The Client remains the Data Controller for all End User Contact Data. Crossover AIX acts as a Data Processor, managing this data solely to execute the marketing services contracted by the Client.

Security: Access to the GHL sub-account is restricted to authorized Crossover AIX personnel for management and maintenance purposes only.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We integrate with third-party service providers essential for delivering the services. The Client acknowledges that data will be shared with these providers as necessary:

Client Data Access: The Client has direct access to their data and End User Contact Data through their limited-access GHL sub-account login.

Data Correction and Deletion: Requests for correction or deletion of End User Contact Data must be directed by the End User to the Client. The Client is responsible for managing these requests within the GHL platform.

6. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect Client data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no internet or electronic transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify the Client of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
