These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the services provided by Crossover AIX: Digital Marketing and Business Growth Solutions ("Crossover AIX," "we," "us," or "our") to [Client Business Name - e.g., Smith Electrical & Snow Plowing Services] ("Client" or "you"). By remitting payment and accepting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By utilizing our services, including the initial website build and ongoing monthly retainer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

Crossover AIX provides the following services, as outlined in the initial service agreement:

3. Client Responsibilities and Access

The Client acknowledges and agrees to provide the following essential information to Crossover AIX to facilitate the delivery of services:

Account Credentials: The Client will provide accurate and current login credentials for:

Domain Registrar (e.g., GoDaddy, Namecheap) for DNS and domain pointing.

Business Email Provider (if separate from the domain).

Payment Gateways (Stripe, PayPal) for integration with web forms.

Content and Data: The Client is responsible for providing all necessary text, images, logos, and business data (including contact lists for import) in a timely manner.

Accuracy of Information: The Client warrants that all data and content provided does not infringe upon any third-party rights.

Website Content: The Client retains all intellectual property rights to the business content, logos, and specific data provided to Crossover AIX.

Platform Access: Crossover AIX will manage the Client's dedicated GoHighLevel sub-account.

The Client will receive separate login credentials for limited access to view leads, data, and communication.

Crossover AIX will maintain full administrative access to ensure tools and campaigns remain properly configured and functional.

6. Confidentiality and Data Use

Crossover AIX agrees to treat all Client business data, payment credentials, and contact lists as confidential. This information will only be used for the express purpose of providing the contracted digital marketing and business growth services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Crossover AIX provides its services "as is" and does not guarantee specific results, including leads, sales volume, or business growth. The Client agrees that Crossover AIX's total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client to Crossover AIX during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Term and Termination

Term: These Terms commence upon initial payment and continue until terminated by either party.

Termination: Either party may terminate the ongoing monthly service with thirty (30) days written notice. The Client remains responsible for all fees incurred up to the date of termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Insert Your State Here] without regard to its conflict of law principles.
